Best Care Fumigation NorCal Inc. operates the BCFNI QuickBooks Integration as a private internal business tool. It is not offered to the public.

Information accessed

The integration accesses the company’s QuickBooks Online data only as needed for authorized internal accounting and customer-record administration, including reviewing and correcting customer records.

Use and disclosure

QuickBooks data is used only for Best Care Fumigation NorCal Inc.’s internal business operations. It is not sold, rented, used for advertising, or disclosed to unrelated third parties.

Storage and security

OAuth credentials and necessary working data are stored on company-controlled systems. Access is limited to authorized personnel. The integration uses encrypted HTTPS connections when communicating with Intuit.

Retention and deletion

Working data is retained only as needed for internal operations, audit records, and legal or accounting requirements. Access may be revoked through QuickBooks Online’s connected-app settings. Locally stored credentials are deleted when the integration is disconnected.
